Sexy is not a number on a scale or a size of a dress. Sexy is about CONFIDENCE. It’s about feeling good about yourself and being happy. It’s about living life to the fullest and enjoying every minute. Sexy is about being HEALTHY enough to enjoy all that life has to offer. You can be sexy in a size ten and you can be sexy in a size zero. It is NOT sexy to stress and obsess over fitting into a specific “type” you may think is ideal according to TV or media.
The important thing is how you treat yourself, how you treat your body, both mentally and physically. Treat it good! This is the only body you will get and you need to live in it for your whole life. Why wouldn’t you feed it the foods it needs to give you the best life possible? Fad diets and butt loads of supplements won’t get you there. There is no magic pill.
STOP FOCUSING ON WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR AND MOVE THE FOCUS TOWARD TAKING CARE OF THE BODY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO LIVE IN THIS WORLD AND GUESS WHAT – NOT ONLY WILL YOU START TO FEEL SEXIER, BUT YOU’LL START TO LOOK IT TOO, WITHOUT EVEN TRYING!
Looking sexy is just a side effect of being healthy. So yes, veggies are sexy. Veggies are VERY sexy. So are fruits and other whole-foods such as beans, lentils, whole grains…so you get my point.
